Made from whisky and jindungos peppers (also known as piri-piri in Portuguese), this hot sauce, as strong as it is tasty, will bring a real boost to your dish before finishing on a creamy note in the mouth.
Ingredients: Whiskey (90%), Jindungo pepper (10%), bay leaf, salt.
Directions for use: Particularly strong sauce. Use a teaspoon to season your dishes. Whiskey and chili pepper pair perfectly with red meat or seafood.
Store at room temperature and away from light.
