This heather honey is produced at Santa Maria de Émeres, a picturesque village located at 650 meters above sea level in the Trás-os-Montes region of Portugal.

The unique microclimate of the region imbues this typically "transmontane" honey with an exceptional aromatic depth, a luscious, dense texture, and a darker hue complemented by a subtle, refined acidity.
