Additional Information: Roasted barley extract is used in the production of this soda, but the gluten/gliadin present in barley malt extract is removed during the roasting and extraction process, leaving behind amounts so small that they are virtually undetectable by the human body, even for those with an intolerance. EU legislation considers products containing less than 20mg per kg or 20ppm to be “gluten-free”. The micro amounts contained in this soda are <0.003mg/kg.
