The jam is made from morello cherries that are revalued during the production of the famous Ginja liqueur.

Ingredients: Pitted morello cherries, sugar and distilled water.
Prepared with 65g of morello cherries per 100g.

Suggestions for use: The jam can be spread on bread or used to enrich meat dishes by adding a teaspoon to the sauce - an unforgettable taste experience!
