This morello cherry liqueur (Ginjinha) is handmade in the Alentejo region of Portugal according to the recipe of a Franciscan monk. Of ruby color and an intense fruity aroma with notes of exotic fruits and spices, offering a balanced and persistent taste.

Ingredients: Fresh morello cherries, red wine, brandy, sugar and cinnamon.
